YIMBY has some new renderings and details about 98 Front, the new collection of luxury condos coming to the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. The ODA-designed building has a cubed shape that sets it apart from DUMBO’s warehouse aesthetic while making room for nested private terraces for select homes. Residences at 98 Front, which range in size from studios to four bedrooms and span up to 2,000 square feet, feature a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. Residents will enjoy access to a suite of luxury amenities, including a 7,000-square-foot roof deck as well as fitness facilities with an indoor saltwater pool and adjacent spa and steam room.
