Dumbo, Brooklyn: Preserved in Amber. Sort Of.

Writing for the New York Times, C.J. Hughes calls DUMBO a neighborhood that feels “preserved-in-amber,” and while it’s true that the neighborhood’s aesthetics remain charmingly turn of last century, the housing situation is thankfully very forward-looking. Leading the charge are the new DUMBO condos for sale at 98 Front, a collection of residences ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms. With modern interiors, 10-foot ceilings, and large windows, these sleek homes are filled with state-of-the-art appliances, contemporary design touches, and quaint callbacks like custom Italian cabinetry in the bath and bedrooms that combine the warehouse district aesthetic with a touch of comfort to create neighborhood-inspired living spaces.
