The developers of the 98 Front Street luxury condominium project in Brooklyn’s DUMBO, neighborhood have launched a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Eqpt Residences. As part of Eqpt’s Custom Design Experience, interior designer Tara Benet will create a customized, “magazine-ready design with none of the hassle” for each resident.
In addition, developer Hope Street Capital will provide each buyer with a substantial financial credit to purchase furniture selected by Benet, whose work has been featured in numerous media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Wallpaper* and Robb Report.
“This first-of-its kind partnership brings the designer to the buyers, easing stress and eliminating the guesswork. Buyers at 98 Front can purchase a new home and have it fully designed and furnished,” said Sha Dinour, Partner of Hope Street Capital.
Benet, who in addition to having her own successful firm also serves as Eqpt’s lead designer, will work with each buyer at 98 Front.
